Earth

Earth is the original planetary home of the Humans. Earth is part of the Human System, tens of thousands of miles from the nearest alien race and one of the most distant systems from Aldyn. In the year 2048, the planet was destroyed by the World Eaters.

A Modern History

After the election of 2040 CE, President James Allen took control of the United States of America. Under his political leadership, the country trended toward dictatorship levels of power, enough power that allowed James Allen to take claim to a large number of territories following the Third World War of Earth. When nuclear holocast seemed assured, President Allen began to accept refugees from all nations.
As America climbed in population, the first bombs were dropped. Nuclear warheads were dropped in Russia, and several major nation’s capitals began to be destroyed as nations retaliated. As this happened, a large black creature arose in the sky, the World Eaters had arrived.
The Herald of the World Eater met with President James Allen, the mostly undisputed leader of much of the remaining civilized world, and behind closed doors a deal was struck. James Allen sent Spaceships across the American territories to send travelers to the stars just before the planet was destroyed.

Humans After Earth

After the destruction of Earth, large human populations began to reach the Aldyn system. President Allen and his family took claim of the race and recieved some form of senatorial power in The Senate of Aldyn. Larger groups of Humans created perminent residences by the year 2049 CE, and for almost fifty years have spread across the system ever since, becoming one of the primary races of Aldyn's space empire.
