Aerfen
Aerfen is a heroine who features in the Albanos Universal Pantheon in a variety of roles. Historically, she was said to be from a small colony of Gannwyll Gwydd living on the Fortune Islands of Pestilentia. However, she has become more closely associated with the Larch peoples of Ghealas and Rhudd to the North.
She is seen as one of the Primordial Saints within the Holy Union of the Cross-vein Ore. She is credited with reforming the Guild of Fortitude, which enabled the Gannwyll Gwydd to have its first organized army. In collaboration with the local Brimstone Orders, Aerfen opened an orphanage to care for abandoned and unincorporated children. Clockmaker legend tells that she selected Seven Sisters to train as disciples, one for each virtue, who would become the progenitors to one of the oldest Larch families, Clan Aerfenwing.
As she is credited with brokering the first alliance between the Brimstone Orders and the Clockmakers, Brimstone users also venerate her. She is often represented as a Catubodua, one of Wingmother's warriors who govern over battle and fate. Many of the native Attercops and Myacoris tribes view her as the guardian of the River Aertenu and Fortune Islands, where she is sometimes described as a Natrice.
