Willowfen
As one of the small towns that make up the surrounding area of the city-state of Pyrresca, Willowfen sits just past the forest and close to the shore of the nearby lake. The townkeeper, Davora, is often weary of travellers and newcomers to Willowfen. However, she does often grant permission to those who wish to settle in Willowfen.
Industry & Trade
The trade of Willowfen is that of small batches of vesperine fabric and crops. A few artisans also trade their art within Willowfen and Pyrresca at large. All of the town's able members take turns making the trip up to Pyrresca to sell all the goods that have been accumulated in Willowfen and to return with any needed imported goods the town may need.
Guilds and Factions
Willowfen is home to only one official guild, and that is a chapter of the Wild Watch. This chapter has only two members, Torren and Sana. The two of them are the only ones responsible for keeping Willowfen safe from any creatures in the Greenwild forest or beyond. However, Torren retired from fighting after receiving an injury, so it's up to Sana, the guild's scout, to keep the town safe, as it would take a day or so to get help from Pyrresca.
Natural Resources
Willowfen was purposefully located in the center of several resource-rich areas, including the Greenwilds forest separating it from Pyressca, Rolling Sunridge Fields, and a magical area called the Iridescent Reach. Each location provides a myriad of natural resources, including the Fadelight Fruit , a rare plant that can be used to make Vesperine . One of the major exports of the city-state at large. While not often traded at a large scale, access to the lake also provides many fishing resources; however, due to the limited population of the town, only a few fish get traded outside of Willowfen.
