A gaunt figure clad in memorysteel filigree and moss-draped robes, Arbassan is a master of mnemonic rites and oathcraft. He earned the title "Thrice-Ward" after surviving three attempts to unravel his identity through magical memory extraction. Arbassan governs the Mindroot Pools, ancient, reflective waters believed to record thoughts and secrets long submerged.
He is responsible for overseeing the binding of contracts within the Compact—using alchemical reagents and deep-rooted runes to make promises literally indelible in the minds of those who make them. It’s said that Arbassan remembers everything: every name, every lie, every betrayal—and he will remind you when it matters most.
