The Thazreni
Nomadic and deeply poetic, The Thazreni are famed for their earthsongs—resonant chants that they use to track prey, uncover buried secrets, and even collapse tunnels beneath enemy feet. They see the desert as a slumbering Giant and their songcraft as the language that speaks to its heart. Their warriors wear wind-chimes and bone-flutes, and their battle formations often seem choreographed to the rhythm of the shifting sands. When a Thazreni dies, they are buried with a carved songstone, which is said to echo softly beneath the dunes forever.
