House Father Cipactli
An architect by trade, Cipactli is best known for founding and engineering the growth of the House of Crystal. It's not clear precisely where he was born, but it is known that he was originally from somewhere within the Free Cities of Axapotlan, and that he founded the House of Crystal along with House Mother Aliya in AE 466 when he was 38 years old.
He planned out numerous stages of growth for the House of Crystal, projecting population growth and future-proofing for anticipated improvements in technology, preparing the city-state for centuries of sustainable expansion. He would draw his plans on large rolls of paper glued side by side, often taking up whole rooms. Many of his plans are still in use and actively being implemented to this day. Earlier plans that have already been used are on display at state archives, inlaid in the floors so they may be viewed as he would have viewed them. They are protected by thick sheets of glass, preserving visible footprints, coffee mug stains, and lines upon lines of difficult to decipher short-hand.
