Centlacolmetzcouatl

Centlacolmetzcouatl is best known as a sort of patron saint of the House of Crystal. Having inhabited the land it is built on long before its founders ever arrived there, she gave her blessing to Cipactli and Aliya Crystal to build their community, and has acted as both mentor and protector ever since.
She is a somewhat elusive figure, coming and going from the city-state as she pleases. An open-air penthouse was constructed for her atop the statehouse for whenever she visits.
Centlacolmetzcouatl's long, serpentine body is covered in teal and golden scales with dark spines down her back. The feathers of her wings start in a similar gold to her scales, and fade to obsidian-black tips.
