Riverlands

Only one of the Beast Kingdoms lies on the western side of the Wall of the World, and that is the Riverlands, where meltwater from the mountains runs down in a multitudes of fountains and streams which divide up the land into natural, wetland estates. Occupied by a blend of races, but predominantly Tabaxi, Humans, Hill Dwarfs, and nomadic Halfling bands (mostly travelling in familial barges, rather than wagons), it - like most of the Beast Kingdoms - is not a Kingdom at all, but rather a series of allied baronies: Twelve in all, nine ruled by Tabaxi barons, two by human dynasties and one by dwarfs.
Alliances of marriage and long association have led to a robust mutual defence pact that, backed by the air power of the High Eeries, has so far resisted any moves to strip away any of the baronies into the Sacred Republic.
