Existence

Existence is the bubble of creation within the Void, the totality of The Primeval Gods' creation which surrounds the material plane of Aiaos, from the Inmost Realm to the protective barrier known as the Voidskin.

Structure of the Planes of Existence

The World is at the centre of Existence, also called the Inmost Realm or the Material Planes: Aiaos, the Primal Wild above and the Grim Plain below. It is surrounded by the Elemental Planes, but divided from them by the Elemental Boundary. A third barrier, the Web of Fate, surrounds the Inner Planes: The World, the elemental planes and the Aether, a plane which permeates everything within the Web.
Between the Web and the Voidskin lie the Outer Realms. Above, The Firmament, at once the divine realm, the celestial afterlife and the boundless skies of Aiaos. Below, the The Abyss, an abode of Fiends and dumping ground for all that is corrupt and polluted. The World is held clear of the Abyss by the Nine Pillars of Aiaos, breathtaking in scale and formed of the nine imperishable substances: Valorous, Vigilant, Redoubt, Relentless, Enduring, Aspiring, Redeeming, Bastion and Equipoise. Although almost indestructible, the Pillars are threatened by demonic attacks and the depredations of mortal artificers, and defended by the Devils of one of the Nine Hells.
The Astra suffuses all of the Inner and Outer Realms, and also stretches out, possibly into the Void itself.
