Bofyr-ket

Bofyr-ket (soldiers' city, or less flatteringly, city of toads) is a walled city - a great rarity on Suto - created to house the predominantly bofyrn military of Anu-tek somewhere outside Anur-ket. This was intended to avert the danger of a military coup, and ultimately gave a free hand to the ecclesiastical uprising of the pyranoi. It is now the seat of the Consulate Martial and capital of Cirok-jat.
The Consulate Martial maintains a steadfast watch over the Fire Nests, but also a firm control over the rainforest and the people and resources therein. While the military command is primarily made up of bofyrn from traditional, dynastic families, the city and its territory and subordinate settlements are home to anurin, aneft, Gnomes and Genasi at every level of society.
