Agradine

Agradine, on the southern borders of Malahma, is the cult centre of Tanit. It was created to hold the line against the Gnolls and Yuan-ti of the Dustlands and the Second Ophionic Empire, and has always had a strong military presence and large adventuring population.
The centre of the city is the Citadel of Wings, a towering fortress which stands sentry over the Dustlands and the threat of the south. As well as the military stronghold of the Order of the Winged Spear - a combined exemplar/deltor order associated with the Office of Eternal Vigilance - and the home of the Grand Temple of the Cult of War, the Citadel plays host to the civil government of the city and province.
