Tawny

Developments - Act I
An explosive mix of two sorts of monster. He was created from a little demon who thought it had escaped the hunter Otaine. While it was chasing after some civilians, it started to feel sick, slowing to a crawl as something killed it from the inside. The dretch burst open and released a strange wretched tadpole which, in just a few days, grew to become Tawny.   Tawny seems to be fully grown, but he's shorter than most humans, very strange for a blue slaad. He seems to have taken some other features from his fiendish host: his hide is mottled and spongy, and he has growths on his face almost like a snout and ears.   The creation of Tawny sent all of Faultpike into chaos. It seems like the slaadi aren't actually defeating the demons, but transforming them into something worse. It's disturbing enough that the slaadi can multiply so fast. Some people, and even a couple slaadi, believe that whatever's happening here might grow to overtake the world.   Tawny is much stronger than a dretch, but he can't keep up with other blue slaadi. He's the only blue he knows who's weaker than his own creator. Otaine is fiercely protective of Tawny and wants him to be able to do anything, even if everyone else would rather he not.
  Developments - Act II

Tawny Noxillus

Tawny and the other slaad-demons are in serious trouble. Demon--the material--is willful and malignant, and it drags Tawny along with its plans. Tawny tries to keep his abyssal malice under control, and Otaine tries to keep him safe even at his worst, but they're both beginning to despair.   The other demons keep getting Tawny involved in their villainy, mostly so they can blame her when things go wrong, Tawny tries to satisfy everyone, joining the demons under the codename "Noxillus" and causing havoc while trying not to hurt people too badly. But he knows he's in over his head.
