Earnestian Houses

The Earnestian Houses are the ruling body of Earnest. The House Lords are the heads of Earnest's regions who all defer to Raymond Grant, the Lord of Earnest.

Structure

Each Lord in Earnest is in charge of their designated territory and is free to run it as they see fit, so long as it doesn't offend the Lord of Earnest, who's authority is above all other Lords. While Raymond Grant is the one each Lord is subserviant to, he rarely takes an active role in managing the lords and his daughter Raelyn acts as a defacto leader who's authority is recognized partly out of fear of her father.
