Culture and cultural heritage
Quman eliatropes are often descended from Havoc, Sea, Copper, Brass, and Crystal dragons. Havoc Eliatropes have bluish-purple skin, sea dragons have sea-blue skin, copper eliatropes have light orange-red skin, brass eliatropes have dark sand-colored skin, and crystal eliatropes have a strange muddle skin color, with parts of their skin being different hues of colors.
Common Dress code
Quman eliatropes often wear blue clothing that is either waterproof, well suited for work on boats, or easy to quickly remove if they need to jump into water.
Funerary and Memorial customs
Quman eliatropes have large barges known as Resting Barges that they place their dead in. Once a resting barge is full, it is set adrift in the ocean with the dead on board. These barges are well-known targets for pirates, but they are guarded by lesser dragons, dangerous traps, and the spirits of the dead eliatropes themselves, making it difficult for even the most skilled of pirates to raid.
