Thespian House

Entertainment finds much support in the Prismatic Republic, most of which is backed by, or provided through, the Thespian House. The House was founded in the wake of the Usurpation of the Prism King, and was heavily monitored by the Senate to ensure their version of events was made common knowledge not only in the Republic, but across the Peninsula.
They run a number of facilities across across the Republic, though centred mainly in Amatar. Key amongst these is The Colosseum, the largest building in Amatar. While not officially owned by the House, they have charge of the general running of it by order of the Senate.
They are patronised by many senators, and their facilities are often used to put on games and shows, especially around election times.
The Thespian House train many of the musicians and performers that come out of the Republic, with few Dragonborn on the Peninsula that practice a profession of performance lacking a connection to the House.
