Descended from the adventurer Kaedus Zavonius, Tarnia is a black scaled female Dragonborn of significant rank in the Scaled Orders of the Dragon Father, of which she belongs to the Gold Order.
Tarnia was recently promoted from the rank of Claw, to the rank of Wing, and is known to have received a high accolade from the Senate itself, though the reasons for her award and its exact nature are yet unknown. That being said, she has most recently been on a diplomatic mission to Karzok Zortemar to agree a trade route which will bypass the Magisterium - a mission which has been successful.
