Prism King
With a name struck from the records of history, the Prism King is still remembered by many Dragonborn, in different ways. To some, the Prism King was a war hero, though others recall him as a tyrant.
The Prism King was one of very few Dragonborn through history to have a condition resulting in twin scale colours, with his being a patchwork of silver and blue. This, however, is known to very few living people.
When the Empire came to the Peninsula, and began to advance into the lands the Dragonborn had occupied for countless generations, the Prism King united the clans and led their warriors against the Empire, eventually bringing victory. In the aftermath, the Prism King attempted to establish himself as the ruler of all Dragonborn, though his attempts led to a rift in his people, with half the Dragonborn leaving to establish the early Prismatic Republic.
Years later, the people of the Prism King's realm rose against him with aid from the Prismatic Republic, and his realm was absorbed into the Republic to form the realm that exists in the modern day. Afterwards, the Republic had the identity of the Prism King struck from history, as well as many facts about him, including his actions before and after becoming King. While the common people rose up against the Prism King with the aid of the Republic, much of his army remained loyal. While they were stripped of ranks and honours, they continued to serve in the new, larger republic. Some believe they continued to serve the cause of the deceased Prism King, by chasing the rumours of surviving descendents of the King to restore them to the throne.
