After the seven days of council in Guland's Crown, the Morvathian Coven and the position of the High Witch is established as a political counter weight to the Council of the Seven and the Witchqueen.
Recognizing the importance of unity and representation, the ruling families elevated the Nagastras and Florindales as new minor ruling houses, expanding the council to include the eighth and ninth seat.
