Uiowyns eye
Eye of the Sun
The Myth
Uiowyn, according to Iraian myths, was first to learn the Secrets of the Sun and though at the time it wasn't fully understood what he had meant by that, they later on managed to understand a handful of the last "words" (or sun-runes as they later were categorized as) he had carved onto a stone-slab. This myth is the closest Irai has got to an explanation for how they came about their knowledge of the sun and how to harness its powers. As this is just a myth, the more take on it is that the myth tells an exaggerated story of real events that happened long ago, and it was these events that later lead to their understanding of the sun.Suspected powers
Speculations of the significance of Uiowyns eye has been going for centuries. Those who believe the myth to be a truthful story have plentiful of theories regarding energy that the eye could have captured when Uiowyn looked at closely at the sun. Iraians, and other cultures as well, have tried looking for the temple Uiowyns eye supposedly is located, but no sign of such a temple has ever been found.History
After the incident first had happened and Uiowyn was only but an eye left in the sand, the Irais took his eye to examine it further all along with the runes he has scribbled in stone.
The eye was described as a shiny gem lying in the light from the sun, just like a tiny star had fallen unto the sandy dunes.
