Located in the Sea Ward on Morningstar Way
Appears to be a simple, three-story building on the outside; once let in by Bilorin Mossfoot the interior appears to be a courtyard in continual autumn ringed by trees of many colors; there are stairs carved into a tree that leads up into a modest but elegant wooden home in the tree; there is a small desk where Bilcorin Mossfoot sits at the base of the steps
