Lord Revin Slatewater is one of the richest men in Coldhaven, and has served on the Marcount's Royal Council for many years now. He is one of the Law Lords, and primarily concerns himself with the security of the Realm, and takes a personal interest in any mercenaries and adventuring companies who work for the state.
