Sophia Equitus
Sophia is everything a 12-year-old should be in the eyes of others: sweet, young, honest and innocent. But that impression people have of her isn't necessarily accurate. As the title might suggest, Sophia is an exceptional liar. She has a lot of secrets and she trusts nobody. Even the walls have ears. Especially if you're living in the house of the man who is ruling over Iliakos.
The only person who ever managed to get to know her enough to make accurate assumptions about her is her personal slave Leon. Don't be fooled. Leon is by no means a submissive slave who blindly follows his master. Leon grew up with Sophia and ever since they can remember themselves, they have been together. Their relationship is more that of chosen siblings and trusted friends rather than Sophia having all the power and Leon being forced to follow her orders.
To Sophia, her secrets are a part of her. They protect her, but they also isolate her. Nobody notices the isolation since she's incredibly outgoing, but that doesn't mean that it's not there. Beware: when acting like another person during a long period of time, you might easily lose sight of who you truly are. Now should be a time of self-exploration to find out who one is, but with all these eyes watching her, she might never get that chance. That's why she needs to escape as often as possible from her home. But that will only work for a bit. What will she do once responsibility is dropped on her and she doesn't get the chance to escape anymore?
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Sophia doesn't seem to have a lot of endurance, but she is strong, healthy and just needs to work out a bit more for it to improve. Her wings are in a very well trained state though. Those muscles are quite strong.
Body Features
She has pale white skin like all Solari and her body is still mostly child-like. She is very small and thin and can be considered cute because of that. Her wings have a unique light blue colour and strangely match the colour of her eyes.

She can easily be identified by her unique light blue wings.
Physical quirks
Her dominant hand is her right hand. She walks with her head held high and her every step seems strangely light. She smiles as soon as she spots someone who wants her attention and if she doesn't smile, you know that you did something wrong.

Apparel & Accessories
She loves wearing light blue coloured clothes because she feels like they match her wings perfectly. She prefers comfortable clothes that seem fitting to her stand. She does this mostly because she has no sense for the new trends. Chloe, a friend of hers who works on that field often picks the clothes for her so she doesn't embarrass herself.
Specialized Equipment
All of her hand fans (about 35 of them) have been altered to be used as weapons. She hides daggers that can be fought with and thrown in the structure of the fans.

She is an exceptionally good liar and quite empathic, but she is also a horrible dancer and she should never be invited to sing. She doesn't know how to make anything or how to play an instrument, but she knows everything about creatures and can crack a lock.

She loves reading about something and then encountering it in real life (creatures and species). She likes animals and loves to pet them. She likes hunting and loves the freedom of gliding down from high places. The air tastes like freedom.
She doesn't like being questioned and she hates those who treat animals poorly.

Family Ties
Alexander Equitus: Sophia's father and her favourite person in the world besides Leon. He's always on some business trip. He's the one who started her obsession with fans and also the reason she has so many.
Augustina Equitus: Sophia's mother. Their relationship might seem like a pretty strict one since Augustina is a teacher and teaches Sophia's class. This impression would be false since their relationship is one best on love.
Zoe Equitus: Sophia's little sister. She's 5 years younger than her older sister and she doesn't know her well. She grew up in Sophia's shadow since Augustina is truly proud of Sophia's intelligence and brags about her all the time. She has a better relationship with her mother and a far worse one with her father than Sophia.
Religious Views
Sol is the one true god for her to follow, but she understands that sometimes one can have doubts. She wonders about what truly happened with Luna since she feels like the priests have lied to her. She does feel that there must be something more after death. Her faith doesn't support that claim though and she hasn't found another so far that would support it.
Relationships
History
Sophia and Corinna got off on the wrong foot with each other, with the former trying to be slightly evasive and subversive with the latter, who wasn't appreciated. Sophia gained some respect for Corinna when she saw her tenacity and pragmatic side, learning much about patience and planning from her new friend. After much adventures and tribulations together. Corinna came to see Sophia as someone really close. Eventually, this blossomed into romantic affection.

History
For Sophia, it sometimes feels like Augustina missed too big of a part of her life. Augustina is a wonderful mother, but she can be quite logical thinking and demanding. She loves Sophia but doesn't treat her with the same tenderness and kindness that Chloe displays. She also travels quite a bit even though it's not nearly so bad as her father whom Sophia practically never sees.
