A few important things to note. Anéginnín culture will likely be the most western in the world as... well. I like culture but I'm not sure I yet know what it takes to properly research or come up with ideas. However, in the dozens of other nations there will likely be more eastern and middle-eastern inspired nations. This is, however, my setting because it's in my comfort zone of nationalities to explore.
One more special note about the random article blocks I tossed in. Articles similar to the Ysíl Diavos may or may not ever be written as the majority of relevant information is covered in articles where they are introduced. The Ysil Díavos is a good example here as I explore both the economic and social influences. There is more to explore, however, it will likely be very low on priorities as it is relatively irrelevant to my main setting (which may chenge dpening upon which novelization of the world I am focused on).

So excited, ok so first off, have i mentioned this world lacks a sidebar? I have to use arrow keys which struck me as odd. I assume you know and have a reason for it, i was just bringing it up. This wont be as amazing as your comments are but i shall do my best here. First off, love the layout. While my brain knows theres alot of information, the way youve constructed it makes it appear like there is a little less. well done. Love how the flag has a reason for being the flag. Ive noticed some who miss that little detail. colors and the like are chosen for a reason and i love it. I like how extensive the detail is in the goverment system. I wager you did some research, cause that quote screams gavalkind...i know nothing for sure however... i just play crusader kings XD p;ot twist though, its matriarchal which is a ncie change of pace. oh my god, the economy section. Its dense but just wow. love the inclusion of currency, the nature of the economy and even a delve into the criminal side of things which sets up the mention of criminal organizations later which have their own hierarchy and culture. I love the inclusion of penal codes and the specific legislation of note. its nice to see how resonex became they way the it is and its also nice to see things i recognize. well done. this has to be the most in depth look at... good lord a culture, a society, a nation, a goverment, etc. this is amazing. i like the blue as well. it was soothing and helped me keep focus, something that isnt easy to do no matter how interesting of a read it is. Sorry it took so long and sorry it isnt perfect. i didnt notice much in the way of grammar at all. just... oof awesome work.
I do actually have the scrollbar disabled. I believe I had a reason to do so, however, it's eluding me at the moment. Anyway, it's weird that the lack of a scrollbar impeds you using the site as most devices I know of have a built-in scroll wheel/scrolling feature (such as the mouse's wheel, touchpads, or mobile screens) so it strikes me as odd that you can't scroll without the scrollbar. I'll see if I can find a functional scrollbar without messing up my CSS too much. No worries! Any comment is a high-quality comment. Anyway, thanks for the compliment on the layout. This article was a bit of a nuisance on that end as there was a surplus of information and I was a bit lacking on content to fill out the layout, but I guess it turned out acceptably well. Thanks! I found that the flag section was one of the most enjoyed in my previous organization article, so I figured I should reverse engineer the reasoning of the flag again. Glad it was enjoyable! I didn't actually do any research, I kind of just threw some things I liked together and eventually reached a few conclusions about how the society should be built and how to grow the noble class. So everything is either (unoriginally) original or subconsciously drawn from inspirations. Additionally, I'm sure the evolution of my thought process, especially with the judicial system, has led to there being a few gaps in that information. I'm glad you enjoyed the economy section. There was a lot of variables to consider and I wound up with a lot of information to condense into a reasonably sized section. The criminal section was actually one of the most interesting as an entire story idea evolved from my consideration of the criminal economy and the growth of the Ysíl Díavos. I appreciate you taking the time to look through all of this. It was a far larger project than I anticipated and I even had to remove an entire section on culture (now moved to the more appropriate ethnicity article that will likely never be written at my snail's pace). Also, it's interesting that the blue helped. More than anything, I'd say its due to the lower contrast, mostly monochrome pallet along with the cooler tones that helped? Anyway, once again no worries about the delay and thanks for the comment!
No worries at all. i have a touch pad on a laptop and the scroll function is pretty much useless XD hope that explains it. no problem at all. i love reading your work. the pallet is likely a major factor for sure. hope to see more from you soon. would love to read more.
Checking back in on the reason, there were two. The first is that the border I have around the whole page (yellow dashes) looks really janky with a custom scrollbar as it forces it over. Additionally, custom scrollbars have a larger track and I have an occasional problem where the track appears on the bottom of the page despite not needing to. As a result, it looks really weird. In theory, I could leave the regular scrollbar active, however, that also looks a bit strange. I'll see if I can find a solution that looks acceptable, however, I'm not certain if I will. Sorry about that.
