Beric, the town’s skilled blacksmith, is known for his quality weapon and armor repairs. His forge is always roaring, and he can fix nearly anything from swords to shields. If the party is looking for new weapons or armor, he usually has a selection of well-made, sturdy items for sale.

Saskia's General Goods

Saskia runs a well-stocked general goods store in the heart of Cipello. Adventurers can buy supplies such as rations, rope, basic tools, lanterns, and bedrolls here. She also carries some light weaponry and basic armor, though nothing too fancy

Gorlan’s Outfitter (Fletcher and Bowyer)

Gorlan specializes in archery supplies—if Asus needs arrows or repairs for his bow, this is the place to go. Gorlan also sells crossbows, quivers, and other ranged weaponry. He’s got an eye for detail and is known to craft bows that are both precise and reliable.
A simple re-stock visit to Gorlan's shop The Arrows Rest and those characters with bow/bolt weapons restock with a new quiver each.

Delka’s Leatherworks

For any light armor or leather repairs, Delka’s Leatherworks is the go-to shop. Delka is a skilled leatherworker who can repair or craft studded leather armor, belts, and boots. She also offers custom fittings for adventurers seeking to upgrade their armor.

Bragg's Mercenary Surpluse

Bragg is a retired mercenary who now sells second-hand weapons and gear he’s picked up from his travels from his shope The Iron Mantle. While his wares are a bit rough around the edges, some of them have a history and may hold hidden value. Adventurers can find an assortment of hand axes, old shields, and other battle-worn equipment at a discount.
Amongst the assorted of old weapons and armour, Bragg manages to drag out of the back a Dwarven studded armour jerkin. Suilven trades in his old leather armour. With the jerkin costing 15gp, and 4gp offered as trade in, Suilven walks away 11gp less well off, but with slightly better protection for his next encounter.

The Wanderer's Rest (Adventurer’s Supply Post)

This small outpost is run by Doran, an ex-adventurer who now caters to traveling warriors and explorers. He stocks potions, weaponry, and various magical items. If the party needs potions of healing or perhaps some minor magical gear, Doran’s is the best place in town for specialized equipment.

Elena the Herbalist (Potions and Remedies)

In addition to identifying strange liquids, Elena the herbalist can supply healing potions, antidotes, and herbal remedies for the adventurers. Her shop The Gilded Vial isn’t large, but she carries useful consumables for those heading into dangerous areas.

Ben takes the plants he acquired down in the dungeons below Lady Mortesse's townhouse into the herbalist Elena. She is very intrigued by the plants offered, and will try her best to create something. She agrees to production of 3 salves and 3 potions in return for her personal use of the remaining plants, and the knowledge of where the source is.
The following day, before you leave Cipellio, you revisit her, and she provides the 6 items.
