House of Flowers: the arty farty guys
House of Atlas: The sciency and explorey guys
House of Silence: the library guys (archivists, keepers of knowledge)
House of Crowns: the governmenty guys
Each house holds to specific areas of teaching, haven't decided what they are yet.
The most serious of the three religions; very economically minded; the scientists and philosophers; the governers and kings; lawyers, teachers, historians, all the serious creatives.

Structure
The Conclave is the group of four Lords, known as High Radiances, that rule the Circle, one from each House.
Under them are the Daskalos, the head teachers of each house, who oversee the teaching and curriculum of each house.
The Circle as a whole is an educational sort of religion. Each house teaches the arts (Flowers record keeping, treasury all that information stuff (Silence government, politics, ettiquete, all the stuff you need to know as a king or any other ruler (Crowns and any kind of science you can imagine (Atlas).
Within the teaching is teaching about how Seren is so cool cos Seren made bugs like this, and so on. Kinda of like creationism i guess, science + religion.
Culture
Knowledge is sacred, friendly rivalry between the Houses but on the whole Teamwork Is Good. The world must be examined, studied and understood to fully be able to enjoy it and make the best decisions.
Very strong moral compass. The religion as a whole is very Lawful Good.

History
Founded sorta soonish after ceration i guess.
Originally started out as one or two houses but gradually increased to four. Orginially started as the religion and school of kings, but expanded to the other faucets within a thousand years or so. I can't remember my timeline anyway.
