Structure
Divided into several Orders.
The most prominent is the Order of Reeds, which comprises mostly crop farmers. A close second is the Order of Birds, which comprises mostly animal farmers. Further down are the Wanderers of Bashan, who are miners, herders, and foresters, those who tend to be nomadic.
There are a few smaller Orders, but they are pretty inconsequential.
The head of an Order is called an Alycdo, and manages the political and administrative heads of their order. Below the Alycdo are the siyasi-Alycdo (political head) and the spravni-Alycdo (admin head), who directly manage their respective departments.
Culture
Core beliefs are:
Care for the earth, care for your own, care for those around you, generosity. Basically "be a midwestern housewife."
Customs are:
festivals at harvestide, beginning of spring and autumn, beginning and end of the year.
Feed the earth and the earth shall feed you/ Care for Zemlya (earth) and she will care for you
