Ever-Burning Dagger of Betra

Betra's Ever burning dagger is a wondrous magical item crafted by the god Betra, God of War, Vengeance and Subjugation, althoguh it was given to Zichmet - CE - God of guilt, lies and suffering; The worm in the apple following his mother's guild over Zichmet's treatment.

The dagger looks like a normal, albeit an incredibly well crafter, weapon. However, when activated, is said to wound and burn with the fire of the gods, even underwater, and penetrate magical darkness. Like all of Betra's weapons, the dagger also burns the bearer when it is aflame.
