Lysara Vexmere
Captain Lysara Vexmere is the instructor of Dueling & Weapons Training at Oathwatch Academy. Once a champion of the Crimson Pact mercenaries, she brings a wealth of combat experience to her teaching. Captain Vexmere is known for her skill with a blade, her sharp wit, and her unwavering dedication to her students.
Captain Vexmere teaches Swordsmanship, Archery, and Battlefield Awareness. Her classes focus on developing fundamental combat skills, from mastering the basics of swordsmanship to honing precision archery. Students will learn to anticipate their opponents' moves, react quickly to changing situations, and make split-second decisions under pressure. They will also develop a keen awareness of their surroundings, learning to identify threats and opportunities on the battlefield.
Despite technically being older than him she has great respect for Valerian Thornblade and has started studying tactics under his tutelage. The two of them have a very close bond that resembles a father and daughter almost more than it does a teacher and student.
