Vampire Lord Rikkart
A regular at Solikh Manor, Vampire Lord Rikkart is a gruff-voiced Rakshasa Vampire who thrives on the drama that occurrs at the manor, often creating such drama himself.
This seemingly frank Rakshasa seems to be quite content with his steady rise to power, keeping a close eye on "the Machine" of Öchigdör-Margaash safely from the city's Travail District. He seems to know much more than he lets on about the city itself, however, as he was able to warn the members of the IRS about the possibility of the Amidrakh making a splash in the incoming Ezlekh v. Vomethnda conflict in the form of an undead army.
The IRS became fast friends with the justice-seeking Rakshasa, and after informing them of the strange crystals located throughout the temple, left them off with hopes of seeing them in the temple on their return trip later that month (?).
