Magic-dampening chainless handcuffs which were researched and developed for use in a high-security prison setting. These expensive cuffs are commonplace in Bambai's Tam Junction, with one pair being issued to each prisoner, numbering in the few thousands. There are no more than 150 pairs outside of Gol-Duulga, with each Ezlekhian prison carrying at least one pair in-case of emergencies.

These cuffs gain their non-magical properties thanks to Geomantic Sigil circles stamped into Raakatite-alloy plates in factories in Gol-Duulga's Crate District. These pressed sigil circles are then pressed into one another and bonded together, and once their centers are hollowed out and covered by a protective Raakatite layer, the cuffs are finished. The cuffs are then embedded into the wrist bones of prisoners thanks to a needle-like fastening rod.

Prisoners who somehow break free of the walls of Tam Junction are not long for the world. These cuffs have been known to drain the life of those who leave Tam Junction at a rapid rate, though the exact reason to why this is has yet to be discovered.

Manufacturing process

Each of these handcuffs are made of slightly sigil circles which are painstakingly etched by Bambaian laborers in Gol-Duulga's Crate District.
