People shouldn't be able to be that big, and most certainly dogs are not meant to be the size of elephants!

Effect

Base Effects: Weaving the flows of Emerald Manna heavily within your target, you alter their nature, empowering them, the manna of Dulra taking form as if to expand and grow your target. Your target becomes up to 1 size larger or smaller, at your discretion. Should the target not wish to be subjected to this (so if a hostile creature), they must make a Sagacity Defensive Test. They may reattempt the test every round at the end of their turns to see if they can break free of the effect.

Side/Secondary Effects

Tier II Effects: You may make the target up to 2 sizes larger or smaller.

Tier III Effects: You may affect two targets simultaneously, but choosing each one's results independently (so you could shrink one creature and make the other bigger, or make them both smaller or both bigger.)

Manifestation

The Tauri paused as Voris laid his hands on the two wolves flanking him, emerald green energy flowing through his arms into the creatures as they rapidly grew in size to almost the size of a full grown moose. He grinned, glancing about at the goat-horned beastmen, whom were backing away nervously now, realizing they'd perhaps made a terrible error in judgement. Voris took up his sling-staff, setting it twirling, as he gave out a tremendous whooping war cry, as both wolves left forward to engage the fell beastmen, howling and snarling.
