Tremor
A sudden and unexpected shudder of the earth, simple, yet very effective.
Effect
Base Effects: Forging and carving the energies of Domhan, you wield the Topaz energies, causing the earth to shake suddenly in the target area. Any creature within the affected area must attempt a Power Defensive Test. Should they fail they are thrown prone, taking 2d6 bludgeoning damage. If they succeed, they take half damage but are not thrown prone. The ground of the affected area cracks and heaves, becoming difficult terrain.
Siegecraft: Structures and Constructs in the affected area take 2d10 bludgeoning damage instead.

Side/Secondary Effects

Tier III Effects: Increase the damage by 1d6 or 1d10 as appropriate, increase the radius by 5 feet.

Manifestation
Durzi let his axe come to hand, even as he stomped his right leg, finishing a quick spell-weave. As the orcs rushing towards him crossed within forty feet, three of them suddenly were thrown to the ground, a localized tremor shaking and cracking the earth beneath their feet, insuring only two of them closed on the dwarf at once, odds Durzi most definitely found favorable.
