Quaking Stomp
Topaz Magisters are extremely adept at controlling the earth around them, and are well known for their abilities to cause all variety of tremors and shakes.
Effect
Base Effects: Weaving the raw power of the earth into you leg and foot, you stomp down hard, letting Domhan manifest in the force of your leg striking the earth. All about you, the earth suddenly and violently shakes, though does not fracture or crack. There is a booming thunderous sound that rips free from the stomp. All targets within range that you are choosing to affect need to make a Toughness Defensive Test. Should they fail they take 2d6 bludgeoning damage and 2d6 thunder damage and are thrown prone. If they succeed their defensive test, they take half damage and are not thrown prone.

Manifestation
Gregory stomped aggressively, focusing all his spell forging as best he could manage, realizing he and his friends were in a bit of a desperate position, with Shamblers on all sides, no where to flee the undead. A vicious quaking, the thunderous crack echoing through the air. The ground shook and rumbled all about his companions, and the shamblers by and large were thrown to the ground, bludgeoned and rattled by rock and the blast itself.
