Ironhide
A spell-form of a simple fashion, but quite effective at what it does and what it is for.
Effect
Base Effects: Forging currents of Domhan in a particular fashion, shaping and bending the Topaz energies about the shapes of the bodies of your targets, you manifest the toughness and armor like qualities of stone and iron within the very skin or hide of your targets. They all gain a +3 Natural Armor boost to their Armor Score, and resistance to bludgeoning damage and thunder damage for the duration.
Side/Secondary Effects
Tier II Effects: Increase the Natural Armor Boost to +4, you may target an additional 2 creatures.
Tier III Effects: Increase the Natural Armor Boost to +5, you may target an additional 2 creatures.
Tier III Effects: Increase the Natural Armor Boost to +5, you may target an additional 2 creatures.
Manifestation
Durzi finished his spell-work not a moment to soon, he and his companions feeling their skin toughen, taking on an almost metallic quality, the slight topaz energy shimmering about them briefly, settling as they joined combat with the hobgoblin raiders. Even as they did so, a spear found Durzi where a gap in his armor would have certainly left him injured, yet instead of penetrating his flesh, it felt as if hitting solid metal to the beast, which paused, utterly confused. That confusion would cost its life, as Durzi's own axe swept high, splitting the creature's skull.
