The Rishajah

The Rishajah is a religious stewardship organization devoted to the expanse of land referred to as the Infinite Garden. This vast area offers so much to many that live in its diverse regions, and the Rishajah have taken on the responsibility of protecting the land and its treasures from the greedy and outside forces looking to corrupt it. The Rishajah are completely devoted to the land and its safety and particularly the Infinite Garden. They perform rituals and focused meditations that connects them to the earth. This grants them previous enhancements. One is great physical strength. The more years they have devoted to the Infinite Garden, the more strength they have. They are also gifted with knowledge of the earth that speaks through the Rishajah's instincts. If there is danger somewhere in the Infinite Garden, if a despicable plot is underway that threatens the Garden, a new blessing that needs protection, then the Rishajah's instincts will guide them to where they need to be.
Rishajah' gift of strength and earth knowledge is only available when they are still within the area of the Garden. Rishajah's do maintain their strength for a while should they leave the Infinite Garden, but it is not replenished as it does when they are in it. Furthermore, they need to practice their focused meditations for longer periods of time when not in the garden to hold on to their strength as best they can. Thus they prefer to remain within its territories.
Because their blessings are from the earth itself, The Rishajah's authority is highly respected by ameshas. They are seen as an extension of the earth's will and so their word is also seen to be law by some.

That said, there are always greedy individuals, including amesha who would rather selfishly control the Garden's gifts than share them. That is why the Rishajah exists.
