The Common Fleet is the confederate fleet of the Northern League. Its primary task it to maintain local naval superiority in the coastal waters off northern Khandar. In so doing the Common Fleet plays a crucial role in the survival of the League, which is mostly composed of island states, or tiny coastal kingdoms.
