Rhea Lucidia was/is the leader of the The Lucidian movement. Considered by many to be the "most powerful sorcerer of this age". She founded the Lucidian movement and led it during the Lucidian war (934 - 952 IC). Some believe she died during the battle of Minden which ended that war. Others hold that she survived and is leading the Lucidians from some hidden base.

Rhea is known to be capable of performing the High Magics. She may be capable of wishing. Rhea is known to be a master of teleportation and planar travel. Among magic users on the material plane she is considered among the most skilled, and certainly among the most dangerous.

Personal history

The Lucidii have been famous for its magical blood. They reliably produce magical children, and have maintained their place among the "nobliles" families of the Republic primarily through the prestige conferred by this attribute. They have strived to strenghten their magical connection through various means. Selective breeding, fey dealings, and blood-magic have been part of the family history since before the founding of the Republic. Rhea was a product of these practices, and exceeded her family's lofty expectations already from a young age. 
By the tender age of 80 Rhea was already a teaching at the University of Axendria, and had attained knowledge of the High Magics. At the university she gathered around herself a group of devotees, who would become The Lucidians. Ever since then her history has been defined by the actions of that organization.
