The Hand is required to be consistently positive about the work to keep the moral of the others up. See the guild culture for more.
Responsibilities
The Hand handles the running of the entire Assassin's Guild. They get their own choice in contracts and the authority to delegate specific contracts to their Blades and the Points beneath them. They are in charge of negotiating the guild's standing within the city and ensuring their operation is protected by the Crown.
