They are expected to encourage their newer hires to find something they enjoy that they can throw themselves into and teach them how to bring that joy into the work they do.
Responsibilities
Each point is in charge of running the day to day matters of a single district of Edjudence. This involves keeping an ear to the ground about people seeking their services, making contact with those people, assigning contracts to the assassin's working under them based on who would fit the job best and completing any contracts assigned to them personally by their Blade.
