Eneth Ratcley is an infamous Captain of the ship called the Greward Hewe that sails to various parts all throughout Abios. Originally from Bhaevor, Eneth has built a reputation based on ruthlessness and cunning. It is well known that he is an expert swordsman and hires out his services to any able to cough up enough coin to afford him. He's cold, calculating, always remains calm, and does whatever he can get away with, without compassion or qualms. He's been known to be a pirate at times by acquiring cargo of merchant vessels unaligned with any powerful organization, knowing full well there are no repercussions to his actions. He is given a wide berth wherever he sails, and most town officials look the other way to him committing petty crimes within city limits.
