Withered Wizards and Senile Sorcerers

Withered Wizards and Senile Sorcerers is a care home for magically adept individuals who are at the end of their life. It has connections to many different forms of care for the residents, who may not be able to control their magical capabilities. One of the founders of this idea was Celrei . His work to make a small home for the archmages to live in peace under his domain was accepted by the Adadis Courthall, and given great amounts of funding.
Currently, 60 residents live here, and are cared for by 70 Staff members, including security, cooks, carers, nurses, clerics, and other spellcasters that are not old. The retirement home is built underneath a fallen tree, with small, renovated spaces underground. This was made with fire resistant panels,to stop spells that may be accidentally casted, such as Lightning Bolt, due to being built underground, and with lightning resistance floors, and also fireball, with resistant wall panels.
Most workers have to have revivify prepared at all times, in case a spellcaster accidentally kills another, or dies from non-natural causes.

Purpose / Function

To care for magically adept individuals who are old and frail. Celrei opened this building for peaceful individuals to keep their mentors and parental figures.
