Keiki Honu (Kay-key Hon-oo)
Keiki Honu, a name that means "baby turtle" is a city named for the shape of its peninsula, which juts into the ocean on the southern coast of in the shape of the torso of a baby turtle who, upon hatching, crawls its way into the sea.
The tip of the head and each of the flippers feature a single lighthouse. The three major harbors of Keiki Honu are located in the "armpits" of the flippers, 3rd harbor in the West and 2nd harbor in the East, and the southwest corner of the "neck" of the turtle, housing 1st harbor. The palace of Queen Kapo Kolohe is located atop a hill in the center of the "head." The lighthouse on the head is part of the temple of Uvi and Ravi. 1st Harbor is, consequently, the most expensive and classy. 2nd and 3rd harbor are the more notorious parts of town.
It is an open secret that the city and by extension the island are under at least partial control of The Bodies, and their enigmatic leader, Jeven Rez. Every legitimate business in the city, from the gambling dens to the tailors to the bakers has an illigitimate business operating as part of it.
The island is also home to an information market, where information, rumor and data are traded like material goods.
