The Light
Also known as Wa-Ria in Qu'sarian.
It is the religion of Qu'sra and the city's chief governing body.
Structure
Bright Torches - Better known as "Brights" are a council of 6 high priests who make civil and Static decisions for the city. Their word is final.
Torches - These are the underlings of the Bright Torches. There is one per Bright, and they will replace them when they die. In modern Qu'sra, Torches are another name for the professors at Wa-Tika. In times before the Great Event they had more apprenticeship-type relationships with the Brights.
Flames - Guards and military members. These are generally students of Wa-Tika, particularly those whose Static expresses itself in more athletic forms (i.e. fighters, barbarians, paladins, etc)
Sparks - Bureaucrats who assist the higher ups in carrying out day to day functions.
Public Agenda
Use Static for the betterment of civilization.
This comes with strict rules for its use. They are extremely conservative with it, do to fears of re-triggering another great event.
Praise Celicter, god of static and his bright torches. Praise Celicter for offering warning and refuge to Bright Salah, so that he may light the way for us, towards a new history in a new world. Cutting through darkness, and bettering civilization.
