The Nursery
Purpose / Function
This room was built to be a place for the offspring of the Red Queen and her followers to be taken care of, fed and entertained.
Design
About three meters to a side, this large open room is not square like a manufactured building, but is rather excavated and all the surfaces have a smooth but uneven surface except the floor. The floor is flat and level.
Sensory & Appearance
The cave walls have been painted bright yellow with pastel blue and green patterns. It is a cheery place.
Denizens
There will be at least one Giant Millipede in the nursery.
Contents & Furnishings
There are seven small beds, cribs to be exact, lined along the back wall. A mobile made of hand-carved objects hangs above one of the beds, in which is the desiccated husk of a baby that appears to be half ant and half human. Two chests of drawers are on one side and a small table with two chairs is on the other. The floor is dotted with small objects that appear to be toys.
Special Properties
An arcane enchantment is in place that keeps the temperature and humidity within perfect comfort range.
The usual room light enchantment is placed upon the wall at the entrance as well as another that will, upon activation, create a twinkling starry night sky made of stars that look to be hand-drawn.
