Techno-Wizard sword that not only drains the victim's blood, it drains arcane and psychic energy as well.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

On a successful hit, even if it does not cause a wound, it will cause Unstoppable Bleeding (only on creatures capable of bleeding, of course).
Every time a bleed effect is inflicted, the target is drained of its power points equivalent to the Drain Power Point power, but only if the blade is charged by the wielder with 2 PPE first. The blade needs only be charged once per battle and will recharge itself for subsequent attacks from the PPE it drains from its victims.
Furthermore, because of the pain this blade inflicts, opponents will need to make a spirit roll after the first successful bleed and PPE drain against them. If they fail, they suffer "distraction" and will furthermore  try to avoid the wielder in combat if possible. It is not a compulsion, but rather a general desire to avoid the sword if they can help it. Obviously, this only applies to creatures capable of feeling pain and who have PPE to drain.

Rare. Less than a hundred Exsanguinators have ever been made. While the blades are all identical from the forge, they are finished in several different styles. The source of leather for the grip and the choice of gem in the pommel are the primary items used to differentiate one blade from another.
