Diplomatic action

At this meeting a scandal was caused because Liu Zexian decided to not attend the meeting and instead send one of his children to represent him and his interest. His decision was a practical one as he was active in Southeast Asia at the time and would have take a very long time to return. He decided the matters were more important than attending this meeting.
  The other elders were furious at the disrespect of Liu Zexian and excluded the representative from most of the talks at the meeting. However, there were no real repercussions as this time nothing of import was discussed or decided.
  The meeting took place in central Manchuria hosted by Yu Xun.
