Elder Council - Sixth Meeting

Diplomatic action

All the sessions of this meeting were conducted by representatives only. The representatives noted that the sessions were much more productive as the elders did not have much of an interest in politics. It was decided that each elder should create an elder token that could magically identify a representative.
  Although Cheyvyne did travel to the meeting he only attended the first session to greet the others and then focused on the party. Yu Xun attended two sessions, but then skipped the third session as well to join Cheyvyne to party.
  This meeting took place in Manchuria.
