Diplomatic action

The focus of this meeting was the testimony of the survivor of Itotia's lineage. The vampire detailed the plight of her creator, Itotia, and her sisters. She claimed that only a few had survived, and asked the Council to send an expedition to the Americas to find more survivors and restore the lineage. This plea was ignored as the majority of the elders did not want to get involved in matters against Europe on the other side of the world. They had enough trouble with the Europeans on their own land.
