Diplomatic action

A meeting between Cassidy, Gary Campbell, Cheng Xiu and other dragon loyalists with financial assets and skills.
  It was announced that Gary Campbell intends to found a corporation to consolidate all of these assets into a single global entity.

In the third round of talks on the first day of the meeting negations were breaking down. Lead by Cheng Xiu a group of Asian leaders argued that consolidation under Western leadership would threaten the stability and sustainablilty of the entire system.  

Mr. Cheng with all due respect, I blieve Mr. Campbell is right. Globalization will take place whether you like it or not. Consolidation is necessary to prepare for this future and Mr. Campbell was the one who suggested it to me. Find a way for your people to accept this proposal.
