Diplomatic action

A special meeting called to discuss the death of Xiang Zhelan. He was killed in a battle by a group of vampire hunters with the support of sorcery and necromancy. In response the council decided to put together a punitive group of elite warriors to hunt down all those involved. This had major implications for the future and the hunters, became very reluctant to hunt any elders ever again.
  At the same meeting the new elder was granted their title.
  This was the first meeting since the second meeting that was attended by all the elders personally.
  The meeting took place in central China where Xiang Zhelan was killed.
